Ik speel om te vinden. Het maakproces is spelend en ontdekkend. Het gaat niet (alleen) om het resultaat, maar om het proces, dat intuïtief is. Er zit veel potentieel in deze werkwijze voor spel, ontdekking, onderzoek, kritiek en vragen stellen. Kleur geeft mijn werk betekenis en perspectief, maar kan bovenal door de kijker op eigen wijze worden geïnterpreteerd.
“I play to find. The making process is playful and exploratory. It is not (only) about the result, but about the process, which is intuitive. There is much potential in this method for play, discovery, investigation, critique and questioning. Color gives my work meaning and perspective, but above all, it can be interpreted by the viewer in their own way.”
